Route 324 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. Like many state highways in New Jersey, Route 324 was created when a United States highway was rerouted. In this case, the highway was U.S. Route 322.
Route 324 is Old Swedesboro-Bridgeport Road in Bridgeport, an area within Logan Township. It runs 1.51 miles (2.43 kilometers) from where a ferry used to take US 322 across the Delaware River before the Commodore Barry Bridge was built, to a dead end next to US 322. It does not intersect US 322 at all.

Prior to the opening of the Commodore Barry Bridge in 1974, Route 324 was part of U.S. Route 322.
Prior to the 1953 renumbering, Route S44 was concurrent with U.S. Route 322 along this route. The Route S44 designation was removed in the renumbering to avoid the concurrency.
