Route 28 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States that stretches for 26.63 miles (42.86 kilometers). Its western terminus is at U.S. Route 22 in Bridgewater Township, and in fact is on an old alignment for US 22. Its eastern terminus is at Route 27 (Cherry Street) in Elizabeth.
