Route 143 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It is a short route in Winslow Township, running on Spring Garden Road between Cedarbrook Road and White Horse Pike (U.S. Route 30). The use of this route number reflects the former designation of the White Horse Pike as Route 43. The highway is very brief and runs through the Ancora Hospital Complex, it also runs next to a recently built New Jersey Inspection Station. The intersection with U.S. Route 30 was recently reconstructed by the NJDOT and was realigned.
