Route 129 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It is a short connector between South Lamberton Road in Hamilton Township and U.S. Route 1 in Trenton, New Jersey. It is a four-lane divided highway and serves as a more local avenue than the Route 29 freeway. It can get very busy due to the many traffic signals. 129's traffic usually is from the Sovereign Bank Arena. However, during peak hours, the entire portion of 129 can become very busy, as it connects US 1 to NJ 29, which then becomes I-195.
According to New Jersey Straight Line Diagrams, NJ 129 ends in Hamilton Township at Lamberton Road. However, some signage in the area indicates that NJ 129 instead runs concurrent with NJ 29 to its interchange with Interstate 295 and Interstate 195.
