The New International Version Inclusive Language Edition (NIVI) was first published by Hodder and Stoughton in London in 1996. The inclusive language edition of the NIV was never published in the United States. Many, including Terry Watkins, of Dial the Truth Ministries have condemned this version as "gender neutral" (1)
