New Hampshire Route 49 (abbreviated NH 49) is a 12.69 mile long east-west state highway in Grafton County north of the Lakes Region in central New Hampshire. It runs from Campton to Waterville Valley.

The western terminus of NH 49 is in Campton at U.S. Route 3. The eastern terminus is in Waterville Valley at the center of the town. NH 49 is named Waterville Road along its entire length, except in the town of Waterville Valley, where it is known as Valley Road.
