New Brunswick Route 110 is a highway in New Brunswick, Canada; running from Trans-Canada Highway exit 152 in Florenceville, through the village of Centreville, to the Canada-U.S. border near Bridgewater, Maine, where it continues as an unnumbered connector road to U.S. Route 1. Route 110 is 14.8 kilometres long.
Route 110 was known as Route 6 until 1965, and Route 555 between 1965 and 1976.
