Neves is a small town on the north west coast of São Tomé Island in São Tomé and Príncipe. It is a deep water port and as such is the most industrialised centre in the country. Neves is linked with a highway encircling the island which is the only major island in São Tomé and Príncipe. The majority of the population are urban and is the second largest in the two inhabited islands.

Neves has schools or collegiates (colegio), a lyceum (middle schools), a small high school (gymnasia), churches, beaches, a small port and a few squares (praças). The municipality is one of the least developed in São Tomé and Príncipe.
