Joey and Pacey fight about the meaning behind their shared kiss and both agonize over telling Dawson. Doug tells Pacey that he should tell Dawson how he feels about Joey. Jack invites Ethan over for the weekend thinking his dad will be away for the weekend. Dad cancels his business trip, and tells Jack that Ethan has to go home. Hoping to smooth things over, Ethan invites Jack’s Dad to dinner with them. Jack’s Dad tells Jack that he cancelled his trip to spend the weekend with him.
Jen gets mad at Henry when he doesn’t invite her to his birthday party. Given the girls’ troubles, Andie decides that she, Jen and Joey need a girls’ night out.
