Never Trust a Hippy (FAT708) is an EP from NOFX, released on March 14th 2006. It preceded their full-length album Wolves in Wolves' Clothing, just as the Regaining Unconsciousness EP foreran The War on Errorism, their previous album from 2003.

The title phrase was coined by Sex Pistols' art director Jamie Reid for a series of posters allegedly aimed at Virgin Records owner Richard Branson. It was later used as the title for a live Sex Pistols album and as a lyric in their song "Who Killed Bambi?"

The song "The Marxist Brothers," which mocks hypocritical Marxists and anarchists, contains satirical references to Propagandhi album Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes, Chumbawumba album Tubthumper and Rage Against the Machine album The Battle of Los Angeles.

The song "Always Hate Hippies", from the 1996 NOFX EP Fuck the Kids, contains the lyric:

"Never trust a Hippy, they'll sell you bad drugs."

The song "Drugs are Good", leftover from the Punk in Drublic sessions, contains the lyric:

"...and never trust a fucking hippy! for that matter don't trust anyone."
