Never Apologise Never Explain by Therapy? was released on Spitfire Records on 27 September 2004. A limited edition of the album contains two Videos (Teethgrinder & Who knows) from the Scopophobia DVD. A video was shot for the track "Rise Up (Make Yourself Well)", and a South Park-style animated video was created to support the release of internet-only single "Rock You Monkeys/Polar Bear".
