Nevada State Route 146 is a major east-west route in Southern Nevada, beginning at the intersection with Interstate 15 south of the Las Vegas Strip and ending at the intersection with Interstate 215 in the Henderson community of Green Valley. The entire segment of this route is known as St. Rose Parkway as of 2002; but for many years it was known as Lake Mead Drive.
The original segment of NSR 146 was known as Nevada State Route 41 (Lake Mead Drive) until the early-1980s; and was a 19-mile route that began at Interstate 15 and crossed Boulder Highway in Henderson before ending at the intersection of North Shore Road near Lake Mead. A five mile section of NSR 146 between Pecos Road and Gibson Drive is now a part of Interstate 215, and for a short time was co-signed with I-215; while the remaining segment east of Gibson Drive has been resigned as Nevada State Route 564 and renamed Lake Mead Parkway.
