I see a gap. Among some, it seems a substub is less than a stub, a stub is less than an article, which itself is less than a featured article, which is less than a perfect article. Which article level are you expecting a vote on?

If you clearly and explicitly define what level of development you're referencing, you'll have a much better measure of opinions. --Unfocused 03:54, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
