Neutrino 3000 is a fictional weapon from the Artemis Fowl series.It is a upgraded version of the Neutrino 2000 series, it is lighter, contains no metal parts, translucent and powered by stored kinetic energy (with a backup mini-nuclear battery). The Neutrino 3000 also registers the time and direction fired and will only fire for the fairy with whom it is registered. It is illegal under law to be registered to a Neutrino if you are not a law enforcement officer.
