Neustadt, Ontario is a village in Grey County in southern Ontario, Canada. It is the birthplace of the thirteenth Prime Minister of Canada, John Diefenbaker. The village is located south of Hanover on Grey Road 10.

In their April 2000 edition, Harrowsmith Magazine named Neustadt one of Canada's ten prettiest villages.

The village was founded in 1855 by David Winkler, a settler from Germany. He bought 400 acres (~162 ha) of land from the Government and set about laying out the new community. The village's name is German for "new town", and indeed, there are several places in Germany by that name. Neustadt has a working brewery and several other attractions, including the Diefenbaker family home.

Although known locally as a village, Neustadt is no longer an incorporated municipality, having been merged with several others to form an amalgamation called the Municipality of West Grey.

Neustadt's coordinates are 44.08°N, 81°W.
