Netolice (IPA: [ˈnɛtolɪtsɛ]; German: Netolitz) is a town in the South Bohemian Region, the Czech Republic. It is located at around 49°2′60″N, 14°11′60″E and has about 2,700 inhabitants.

The village Petrův Dvůr is an administrative part of Netolice.
