  • Ability to fix corrupt ZIP archives

Netants included a CRC check for Zip archives, if it fails after download, the program redownloads the broken parts of the file.

  • Does not work with Mozilla Firefox.
  • It will not download from servers that won't tell the size of the file (See the FAQ on the netants page relating to "The actual size of downloading file is unknown").
  • NetAnts Hasn't been updated in years.
  • Includes Spyware (http://cexx.org/dummies.htm has help for that).
  • Downloading using mirrors is not supported.
