[edit] Summary
First version of the post-privatisation "Network Railcard", the successor to the "Network Card". As well as a new colour scheme and logo, it removes all obsolete references to British Rail and the Network SouthEast area. This version was used from 1997 until 2002, when revised conditions (notably a new minimum fare scheme) came into effect, necessitating a slight redesign. This example was issued at East Grinstead in April 2000. Scanned from my own collection.
