[edit] Summary
Second APTIS version of the Network Card, and the last to bear the "Network Card" name and the Network SouthEast logo. This version was used from as early as 1991 until the first version of the renamed "Network Railcard" was introduced in 1997, soon after privatisation. This example was issued at Farnham in July 1997, by which time the changeover to the new "Network Railcard" had started. Scanned from my own collection.
