Ness Edwards (5 April 18973 May 1968) was a Welsh Labour Party politician.

He was elected Member of Parliament for Caerphilly at a by-election in 1939 following the death of Labour MP Morgan Jones.

At the beginning of World War II, Edwards was instrumental in helping Czech miners escape the Sudetenland. An associate of Aneurin Bevan and Jim Griffiths, Edwards was Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour and National Service from 1945 to 1950 and Postmaster General from 1950 to 1951. Edwards held the Caerphilly seat until his own death in 1968, when his successor was Fred Evans.
