Neskantaga First Nation

Neskantaga () (also known as Lansdowne House, Ontario), is a remote First Nations reserve and community in the northern reaches of the Canadian province of Ontario, situated along the shore of Attawapiskat Lake. The town is linked to the rest of ontario by the Lansdowne House Airport, and by winter roads and ice roads to points south, via the Northern Ontario Resource Trail. It has a total aboriginal population of 316 people. The book, "Sense of Adventure: An Account of a Journey in the Canadian Wilderness" by Adam Shoalts, details a canoe trip the author made to Neskantaga during the summer of 2004.
It is located in the District of Kenora.
