[edit] Mall Vicinity
Outside the mall located in the northern parking lot are also a Dunkin' Donuts and Ritas Water Ice (seasonal operation only as opposed to the indoor location which is open year-round). The vicinity of the mall is growing very fast, and is mostly new development. The mall is the center for a large gathering of stores and plazas that are grouped in the area, which include Home Depot, Target, Famous Footwear, Wal-Mart, On The Border Mexican Restaurant, and L.A. Fitness, not to mention the Pennsylvania flagship AMC 24 Theaters. Also, a brand-new residential development borders the mall, on the site of a former detention facility. Almost all of these locations have been constructed within the past ten years.
