D/S Hamar arrives at Nes.

Nes is a former municipality in Hedmark county, Norway. It was created as Nes formannskapsdistrikt in 1837.

On 1 January 1964 Nes was merged with Furnes, Ringsaker and small parts of Vang to form the enlarged Ringsaker municipality. Before the merger Nes had a population of 4.184.
