Nepenthes ephippiata (Latin: ephippium = saddle cloth, -iata = shaped) is highland pitcher plant species of the genus Nepenthes endemic to Borneo. It occurs in the Hose Mountains of central Sarawak, as well as Gunung Raya and Bukit Lesung in Kalimantan. N. ephippiata is closely related to N. lowii. Danser described the species based only on part of a stem and a female inflorescence. The form of the pitchers remained unknown until many years later.
