I was born in 1975, and come from Zhengzhou, Henan, China. I am a law student and interested in history, philosophy, and Go (board game).

My original username is Pengyanan. On December 1, 2005, it was changed to Neo-Jay, which is similiar to the pronuciation of 鸟甲 (Pinyin: Niǎo Jiǎ), my Chinese username.
