Neopenis

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A neopenis refers to a female-to-male transsexual's sex organ after sex reassignment surgery (SRS). The new penis is made out of the former clitoris by itself with metoidioplasty (the more common procedure) or, with phalloplasty, with the former clitoris and the former vagina. If everything goes as planned, the man's new penis can have an erection and orgasm, although ejaculation of sperm is not possible.
