Currently, Band leader Jimmy Antiporda heads his own company JAM Creations, a company involved in music and film/video productions for TV and radio commercials, album recordings and music videos. He has also ventured into directing for music videos and commercials, which adds another feather in his cap. Lead vocalist Ito Rapadas, who is also a composer, is the OPM executive head for Universal Records. Guitarist Jack Rufo's latest work is co-producer and all-guitars for Kitchie Nadal's latest album. Drummer Niño Regalado and guitarist Paku Herrera are among the most sought after session musicians in the country, playing for almost all top artists.

Though they are now busy with their respective careers (very well within the music industry), they still get together for concerts to continue singing their brand of music which is distinctly that of Neocolours.
