Neo brutalism

Neo Brutalism was referenced by Paul Verhoeven in the Imagining Total Recall documentary feature. It is used to describe much of the common municipal architecture in Mexico City such as the subways. It describes architecture or art that is brutal not only in its size and "weight" but also in its imposing nature.
