NeoPac Lighting, Ltd. (Chinese:新強光電股份有限公司), located in Chupei, Taiwan, is a manufacturer of ultra-high-power high-brightness LED lighting devices and LED light engines. The lighting products are sold under the trademark of NeobulbTM. The company is registered as NeoPac Lighting, Ltd. in Hong Kong, as NeoPac Optoelectronics, Inc. in Taiwan. With its headquarter in Taiwan, NeoPac also has branch offices in China and in near future in US.[1]
The products introduced by the company are considered as those of most efficiency and top performance in the industry.[2][3] The power dissipiation technology adopted in its products allows the temperature of the P-n junction in LED to stay low and to produce enough luminous flux for general lighting at the same time.[4]

NeoPac Lighting was founded in 2005 by Jeffrey Chen, the former general manager of Yeh-Chiang Technology and current president and CEO of Neopac.
