What is below is from the "About Neil" page of my personal website, Falling Grace.

Neil Alan Wehneman was born in Troy, OH to Dean and Sharon Wehneman on April 30th, 1981.

Attending Milford High School (outside of Cincinnati), Neil helped lead the school's Academic Team to a conference championship, and played trumpet in the nationally recognized marching band.

Earning distinction as a National Merit Scholar, Neil accepted a full-ride academic scholarship to The Ohio State University, beginning classes in the Fall of 1999.

While at Ohio State, Neil founded and led a (at its peak) dozen member 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called Fish and Chips. The mission of Fish and Chips was to provide free tech support in the dorms of Ohio State, and to use those opened doors as a springboard for a sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the spring of 2001 Neil was forced to withdraw from Ohio State for medical reasons. Fish and Chips died soon afterwards.

In the spring of 2002 Neil was able to return to Ohio State. Less than a month later, on the eve of his 21st birthday, he finished a complete draft of his first full-length novel.

Unfortunately, Neil's stepfather, Warren Berner, was diagnosed with terminal cancer that summer, and he was forced to return to Cincinnati to care for his dying parent.

Following Warren's death in January of 2003, and in an effort to grow what might eventually become "Fish and Chips v2.0", Neil founded Wehneman Integrity Technology. Wehneman IT was a for-profit business providing tech support and services to small to medium sized businesses in the Greater Cincinnati area. At its peak, Wehneman IT employed two individuals beyond Neil himself.

Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), a string of poor business decisions led Neil to re-evaluate his place as a 22-year-old CEO. Acting on the advice of a professional friend, Neil returned to Ohio State once more to finish his undergraduate degree.

Following a planned June '05 graduation date, Neil intends to complement his Information Systems degree by attending law school.

Neil also has a podcast called life of a law student where he tells people about his family and talks about law school. He has a cat named Toby, whom he loves dearly. His brother's name is Brian and his mother's maiden name is Davis. Brian has two kids.
