Neil Evan Winstanley (born August 25, 1976 in Johannesburg, Gauteng) is a South African football (soccer) defender for Premier Soccer League club Mamelodi Sundowns and South Africa. His twin brother is Ivan Winstanley who turns out for Maritzburg United.
