Neil Tolkin

Neil Tolkin is a American screen writer from Montreal.

He worked on the 1980s comedy, License to Drive. In the mid 1990s with a string of successful comedy films including Ri¢hie Ri¢h and Jury Duty as well as Sticks and Stones which he also directed.
After flying home from the Boston film festival that he discovered the short story The Palace Thief. He adapted this to a film titled The Emperor's Club in 2002.
