Neil Carter is a guitarist and keyboard player who has played for the hard rock band UFO, blues rock guitarist Gary Moore, and Wild Horses. He is credited for helping to write many of Gary Moore's hits.

He now teaches at Brighton College, teaching Nicholas Webb how to play quietly.
