Nehsi, ancient Egyptian explorer.

Nehsi was the Nubian general. In service of Egyptian queen Hatshepsut in 15th century BC he led a famous expedition to a land called Punt, whose exact location remains mysterious. A report of this voyage is left behind as a relief in Deir el-Bahri in Egypt.

Expedition was formed of five ships, each measuring 70 feet long, and with several sails. These accommodated 210 men, including sailors and 30 rowers.
