Nehekhara
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nehekhara is a fictional land in the Warhammer Fantasy world. It is the home of the Undead forces of the Tomb Kings and the origin of the Vampire Counts, two conflicting factions of undead. It is the Warhammer equivalent of Egypt; it even has the Valley of the Kings and the Great Pyramid. Although most of Nekekhara is a parched desert completely devoid of life, several trade routes pass through the deserts and a few oases are to be found scattered sparsely throughout the sands. The only living kingdom is that of Numas, which still maintains a thriving human population which serves the tomb kings as loyal subjects, and are in return protected by an army that never sleeps. its long-dead rulers as it has for millenia.
