If one regards Negril as including all the resorts to the north, to Bloody Bay, then Negril is located both in Westmoreland and in Hannover parishes. Downtown, the West End cliff resorts to the south of downtown, and the southern portion of the 7 mile beach are in Westmoreland. By the time one gets to the north end of the 7 mile beach, one is in Hannover.
