NEG Micon

NEG Micon is a former Danish wind turbine manufacturer and was one of the largest of its kind in the world. The company was merged with another Danish windmill manufactor, Vestas, in 2003 and it is now known as Vestas Wind Systems.

NEG Micon turbines were very popular in the wind energy market, particularly: the NM 48, NM 52, NM 72, and NM 82 turbines; and can be seen throughout major wind farms around the world.

The company produced wind turbines for many different countries including Germany, Denmark, and USA.
