From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The NEC µPD780C was a fully compatible version of the original NMOS version of the ZiLOG Z80 processor. The compatibility included undocumented instructions and other undocumented features. Sinclair ZX80 and ZX81, original versions of the ZX Spectrum, and several MSX computers are among the better known usages of this chip.
