en:Amber Neben stands atop the podium following her victory in stage 7 (Burley to Pomerelle road race) of the 2001 en:Women's Challenge. This victory marked a breakthrough in Neben's career and launched her on her way to the U.S. National Road Race Championship two years later. She remains one of America's top prospects for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
