Neathawk Dubuque & Packett, a Virginia-based advertising agency with clients across the country, was one of the first advertising agencies to in the United States to develop a specialty in healthcare marketing. The agency was recently named one of Richmond, VA's top ten advertising firms by Richmond.com. Neathawk Dubuque & Packett has offices in Richmond and Roanoke as well as Charlotte, NC. Healthcare clients include Mercy Health System in Philadelphia, PA; Georgetown University Hospital, DC; Carolinas Healthcare System; Tanner Health System in Georgia, among others in Arizona, California, Idaho, and North Carolina. The agency’s client roster includes Virginia State Police, ITT Night Vision, the Jefferson Hotel and Meals on Wheels.

Neathawk Dubuque & Packett won "Best of Show" in the national Healthcare Advertising Awards for their Washington Hospital Center television spot. Other national awards include multiple from the Healthcare Marketing Report and the Asters. Regionally, ND&P won multiple recognitions in the third district ADDY awards as well as the Richmond Show.

In 1963 Howard Packett founded Brand Edmonds Packett, which was later changed to The Packett Group. Roger Neathawk, Susan Dubuque and Chuck Miller founded Market Strategies Inc. in 1984, changing the name to Neathawk Dubuque in 2000. In 2005 the Richmond, VA based Neathawk Dubuque merged with the Roanoke based Packett Group to form Neathawk Dubuque & Packett. In 2006 Neathawk Dubuque & Packett began staffing in Charlotte, NC (Richmond Ad Club, 2005).
