Neal McClelland

Born 1973 - Radio & Club DJ, Belfast. Northern Ireland.

Began his broadcasting career at Radio Royal, RVH, Belfast.

Around the same time (1988) Neal began working in local club progressing to Radio Top Shop in Belfast city center where he presented a his first daily show 10am - 5pm.

Neal's radio & Club career progressed as follows

  • 1991 - 1993 Riverside, L Derry.
  • 1996 - 1997 BCR - 'Flipside' Dance Show.
  • 1998 - 2000 Citybeat 96.7FM.
  • 2000 - 2002 Cool FM 97.4FM.
  • 2003 - 2004 Mid FM.
  • 2004 - 2005 Citybeat 96.7FM - Drive Time/Various.
  • 2006 - Current Citybeat 96.7FM - Citybeat Soul Sundays 8-10pm.

Neal who likes to keep his private life private was married in 2002 now lives in Co. Antrim and continues to enjoy radio throughout his 30's.

Neal's personal music tastes include House, Soul, RnB & Electro.

Neal currently resides on Citybeat 96.7FM, Sunday nights 8-10pm presenting Citybeat Soul. The show features the best in classic, legendary and contemporary Soul, Funk, RnB & Disco.
