Ne is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 40 km east of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,334 and an area of 64.1 km².^[1]

The municipality of Ne contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Conscenti, Campo di Ne, Chiesanuova, Pontegaggia, Santa Lucia, Osti, Pontori, Terisso, Frisolino, Nascio, Cassagna, Statale, Reppia, Arzeno, Tolceto, Sambuceto, Piandifieno, Caminata, Iscioli, Liggi, Zerli , and Gosita.

Ne borders the following municipalities: Borzonasca, Carasco, Casarza Ligure, Cogorno, Lavagna, Maissana, Mezzanego, Sestri Levante, Varese Ligure.
