NCAA Women's Ice Hockey Championship
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
NCAA sponsors a championship tournament in ice hockey. The semi-finals and finals are called the Frozen Four. Women's ice hockey has never had a Division II classification, largely because the NCAA did not begin sponsoring the sport for women until 2001, two years after it had abolished Division II competition for men.
