Talk:Navasota Independent School District

I go to the Navasota high School, so I don't know if a source is needed.IronCrow 03:30, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
I went to NHS and I know the tradition, and am sorry it's gone, but it does not reflect what a encyclopedia should contain. Respectfully, this is not a sounding board.
Then apparently you do not know as much as I do about what is occuring at the moment here, as over half the teachers have left due to the new principal's rules. Brent Rumbo (principal) also changed an incredible amount of "traditions," even though there are not real "traditions" in literal terms, so I find it amusing how you refer to them as such. Alot of controversy has been going on as well, for instance, he is likely to be the first principal to be actively fired from Navasota High School during school days. Also, he removed most of the staff as well as many teachers, and changed school rules that target singled groups within the school. The school's coaches had to leave for a related reason, as the school has gone from almost undefeated to winning only one game (homecoming) this season due to loss of coahces. Now, a fee of $200 must be paid to go to a revised AEP (alternative school) for misbehaved students, however, if the fee cannot be paid, the student is suspended. These facts are very important to the school's system, and having them removed is quite strange, as anyone who needs it for a refrence (i've already noted a few) have now not seen it. It is being re-added because the information is viable and non-biased, as the new staff are greatly "dispised" by most teachers, staff, and students. I've gone to the Navasota School District all my life, and this incredible drastic set of changes has increased concerns about the Navasota School System. IronCrow 01:22, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
Two games this football season "06" have been won. Against Hearne and Cleveland.
