An optional four day course for all Royal Navy applicants who have successfully passed the selection process. The selection process for the Royal Navy includes, a number of tests to test your logic, math and English skills, an eye test, a formal interview with a AFCO (Armed Forces Careers Office) staff, a medical test and finally a pre-joining fitness test.

The Naval Acquaint Course is situated IN the Royal Naval Acquaint Centre (RNAC) at HMS Caledonia, Rosyth, Scotland.
