[edit] Regent Park

Hi! I saw your comments on the Regent Park discussion page, and would like to respond to them -- I agree with some of the things you've mentioned. I may not get a chance to sit down with it until tonight, though. Until then, however, I have moved the neutrality tag to the section in question, as opposed to the top of the article. I hope you agree with that change until such time as we can rework the section. Skeezix1000 22:07, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Prabhakaran and cult

Hi - have seen your addition to the article about Prabhakaran. It seems to the point and useful for an encyclopedia, however it looks as the article is a bit too much about the cult and less about the guy. I have been thinking myself to write of him with "Inside an Elusive Mind" as a basis, but I have a lot of other projects... Maybe you would care to expand the article? I believe the two books By Swamy covers quite a bit, but there may be others in Tamil I dont know about. Brgds - Ulflarsen 19:21, 30 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Nice to see you

I really feel nice to see you. I saw your Tamil Nationalism. It will be really helpful if you further expand it, and provide some references. --Bhadani 15:47, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

Oh, I forgot to wish you happy Holi. Happy Holi, and Vanakkam. --Bhadani 16:25, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Empty ta interwiki links

Why have you been inserting empty interwiki links? Such as this and this among others. Is this just because I do not have Tamil fonts, or do those diff's look the same to everyone? Ansell 06:08, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

Yes, you may not be able to view Tamil fonts, because you may have not enabled Tamil font support in your OS. You can enable Indic scripts in your computer to view Tamil Unicode by adjusting OS settings. If that is not sufficient, you might have to install a Tamil Unicode font such as Latha. You can find more information here: http://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Font_help. I hope that answers your questions.

Even if you can not view the characters, you should be able to connect it. Let me know if you problems connecting to the Tamil Wikipedia. Else, please add back the ta inter wiki link. Thanks.

[edit] Tamil Population

Hi Nakeeran. For the Tamil population figures, I got it from a couple of sources, namely an Edition of Hinduism Today (still searching for the edition date) and http://www.tamilnation.org/ a Sri Lankan Tamil website. I hope that asners your question.

I am extremely sorry for my ignorance. I did something with unicode and now I see some unicode numbers, but still no tamil. It is not a huge deal for me, I am just glad I did no serious harm in my ignorance. Ansell 12:19, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your contributions to Wikitionary

Nice to see that you have contributed a lot to Tamil Wikipedia and Tamil Wikitionary. Your contributions to Tamil wikitionary has been appreciated in Today's Dina Malar.I suggest we can use 20000 most commonly used words in English from here for translation on priority basis. --Indianstar 07:39, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tamil language

Okay... But the English Wikipedia has very rigorous standards for featured articles, especially regarding referencing. Those references you mentioned need to be in the article. Perhaps I'll lend some assistance later. Grandmasterka 06:11, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

I replied on the article's talk page, as well as on the FAR. If you need to create new subheaders on the FAR, please make them as ==== instead of ==. Otherwise it disrupts the organization of the main page. Grandmasterka 07:25, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

You can check out other language related featured articles to have an idea of scope. Some of language FAs are : Aramaic language, Bengali language, Russian language, Swedish language etc. More at Wikipedia:Featured articles. Regards.--Dwaipayan (talk) 05:12, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for your message in my userpage. I looked at it. It is good.--Aadal 17:42, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
