I recently graduated from BYU in biochemistry and am now a PhD candidate at UCSD in bioengineering. I have a wife and one child and am a member of the LDS faith.

Nate, Thank you for the kind words. I worked on the entry you started on Jay Seegmiller because

  1. I am interested in the history of genetics, particularly medical genetics;
  2. Jay was a major contributor to human biochemical genetics; and
  3. As a fellow medical geneticist, I knew him years ago.

Please give my condolences to Mrs. Seegmiller when you next see her.
