[edit] Cleanup

I have:

  • heavily redone the grammar
  • added a lot more depth on aspects that I think are of more interest to English speakers, such as history and culture and things to do
  • taken out a lot of crap about school and road names that were in the Japanese article
  • tried to mimic the structure of the Sendai article a little, although I have not done much in that regard yet
  • not touched the rail section since Neier did it and I am sure he knows more about the rail than I do.
  • added a picture from the Japanese article. I intend to take and add a few more pictures, or simply take a few of my own from my blog if I have some nice ones.

I think the cleanup is done. I would like to:

  • improve the history section
  • learn more about some of the cultural/historical places in Natori so that I can further expand the sections on them.
  • find more references

Any other ideas? I would like someone relatively impartial to grade this on the Wikiproject rating too, if anyone comes by and sees this. I am fairly pleased with the progress to this article, as it is sort of my sandbox wiki article to learn the ins and outs of wikipedia.Erk|Talk -- I like traffic lights -- 01:26, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

One suggestion off the top of my head... you refer to disputed land in the introduction, but then it's not explained in the body. Can you expand on what the issue is? Dekimasu 06:33, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
That's a good idea, but so far I have found no information about it besides in the intro paragraph of the japanese article. I will see if I can get more information, otherwise we should just take the reference out... I assumed when I translated it that I would find more supporting/expanding info elsewhere in the japanese article. Erk|Talk -- I like traffic lights -- 07:07, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
