How is the FBI not a national police force? They have police powers beyond intelligence work, powers of arrest, etc., and are national in scope territorially. Seems an arbitrary and narrow definition of police is being applied here, though it's not exactly clear what that is.Bobanny 17:22, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
