[edit] Basic cleanup
I hope no one minds the simple cleanup job I did on the article. I did not change any wording except maybe a minor change of punctuation or position here and there. But by and large, the original wording is intact. It is a well-written article, very straightforward and informative. It just needed some tidying up. --Ashley Rovira 18:55, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

- Well, it turns out that it was necessary to adjust wording, to prevent Wikipedia from having a plagirism suit on their hands. There were some copy-pasted parts in the NCCS President (formerly NCCS Staff) section. I adjusted wording and added citations. Do you think we can create a page for Ellen Stovall, with all her information, and then remove all the information about her from this page? Then people can click on her name to learn more about her. Also, I suggest cleaning the page up to fit Wikipedia standards better. It's just a thought. - Before doing that ask yourself 'what is notable about Ms. Stovall other than her leadership of NCCS?' Much of the material in this section is relatively non-notable (co-author on this, mid-level executive on that). Before creating an article for her, create one on 'The March'; if that survives and evolves into a full article, then I would be more comfortable with supporting a biographical article for her. Further, there are no references linking her to any of the organizations that she is noted to be associated with; listings from the organizations themselves do not provide sufficient support - rather 3rd party references, such as news items or book references, would be best. --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 17:22, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback. I don't know anything about her life, so I wasn't planning on writing the article. I just thought that it might help clean up the page a bit. But you make a good point, I suppose. I don't know whatelse she is notable for. "The March" might be a good article. I do think that the NCCS staff section should include (very brief) info. about other staff members, not just the president, though. It's just my opinion. [edit] Cleanup needed
I came across this article today and my first impression is that it seems to have been written by parties that have a conflict of interest and seems self promotional. Can an interested party try to do some cleanup with WP:NPOV in mind? Thanks.--Jeff 17:03, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
